Jakera House
Jakera is life:
A design that rests on stilts, thus subtly intervening in the terrain and inviting nature to climb on the foundation structure that rests on it.
A feeling that one lives in a space that incorporates the existing natural ecosystem. A space that seeks an opening towards the sky with its sloping ceilings and invites light and natural ventilation to inhabit the architectural space, achieving fresh and sustainable spaces thanks to the game between wood and concrete.
350m2 that allows us to live the experience of finding ourselves in whispered spaces throughout the green environment that surrounds the area of Playa Santa Teresa.
Jakera House is life, it is nature, it is harmony, sensations and textures, the smell of wood, and a constant whisper that we need more spaces connected to our mother earth.
